Courageous Heart: Soundbath & Meditation A courageous heart evokes feelings of strength, resilience, and vulnerability.
In life, there are many activating moments when we face adversity, uncertainty, or fear, yet our inner strength propels us forward. It’s the courage to love deeply, to forgive, and to embrace our authentic selves.
Whether it’s standing up for what’s right, healing from emotional wounds, or taking a leap of faith, the heart’s courage is a powerful force. It whispers, “You can overcome. You can endure. You can love.”
During this meditation, we’ll tap into the heart space to ultimately accept what’s there and give permission for letting the heart be your guide to light your path forward. Accompanied by crystal healing tones, drums, chimes and other musical instruments, the sound healing will help us to drop-into the heart more deeply so we can align and recalibrate this energy center.

About the facilitators:
With over a decade of immersion in Herbalism, Nutrition, Astrology and energetic wellness, Hannah's expertise has been cultivated through collaborations with esteemed herbalists, astrologers and energetic practitioners. Hannah is a Reiki Master and offers a rich tapestry of knowledge and experience. Through coaching, classes, energetic balancing, and the formulation of herbal remedies, she has honed her skills and wisdom to educate and empower individuals on their unique integrative journeys.
Kelsey Elledge of Soulfully_Sound is a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, sound healing facilitator and certified kundalini yoga instructor. She’s been facilitating sound baths for the general public since 2022 and is incredibly passionate about sharing curated sound experiences as a way to go inward. Sound has been instrumental in her own inner journey of unraveling and reigniting the sacred light within.
