-To help participants examine and challenge our own biases.
-To foster in participants, the ability to listen well and deeply, which is key to understanding.
-To develop the capacity of understanding which strengthens the bonds needed to conduct meaningful justice work across differences.
-To develop a relational culture to advance our social justice work.
