We just entered the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse, a time of intensity, movement and inner ignition.
In this cycle, courage becomes essential. Courage in this sense is not about pushing or performing. It is the quiet strength it takes to stay fully present with what is, so that we can live what is true and alive inside of us.
As Osho described it:
The art of living dangerously.

We draw on traditions within energy work, contemplative practice and depth psychology, and create a structured, safe space to:

This gathering will be part of a visual documentation process for developing our concept. There will be photography and video by @socialbymalene.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬

𝑨𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔 𝑨𝒖𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒕 has explored and worked with breathwork, inquiry and men’s groups for over 20 years. He trained in counselling in Canada, lived and studied in Bali, and facilitates internationally.

𝑨𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝑹𝒂̊ is trained in facilitation and design leadership, and currently studies mindfulness teaching. He loves creating safe spaces where people can explore authenticity and growth.
