Healing Farm San Diego is now offering Couples Massage Workshop to help you experience the gift of giving and receiving massage.

During our 2 hour Couples Massage Classes you will enjoy massage and healing techniques with your significant other, family member or friend.

As a Massage Therapist, we encounter many people who say " I will never be good at massage and I just don't enjoy giving one or even receiving one" OR " I can't massage my partner because I'm not strong enough or get tired real quick" OR EVEN " He can't massage me because he just does the pinchy pinchy on my shoulders for a minute and then is done" AND BEST YET "Her hands feel like limp fish flopping on my shoulders uggg".

The Solution:

We will change all this doubt by providing insights, techniques and skills that are easy to utilize at home and create a sense of relaxation and joy. In today's stressful world we forget about the people who are close to us and have difficulty connecting, especially after a long day. Sometimes just setting aside a few minutes for those we love and be able to touch and re-energize will strengthen that bond that we need to feel balanced again. Be in the know with techniques that will enhance your time with loved ones and engage in the special sense of touch. We will also share thoughtful ways to initiate couples massage time and special aromatherapy treatments.

We will help everyone understand the basics of massage and specialized ways that anyone can participate in massage, no special training needed and no massage table or special equipment needed. Everything is easy to remember for later and no hindrances of heavy bulky pricey tables or complicated moves or routines.

Everything you need to get started is included in every workshop such as personal instruction by a licensed massage therapist, all equipment for use during the workshop (yoga mats, pillows and massage oils), special farm fresh refreshments.

This class is good for any skill level and any adult age. All you need is good intent and the willingness to learn new things!
