You’ll then dive into a hands-on fresh pasta making class, where you’ll learn how to create the two primary types of pasta dough from scratch. Along the way, enjoy thoughtfully paired wines that complement each course.
Dinner is included and features a delicious spread of freshly prepared dishes:
Handmade pappardelle with rich bolognese and Parmesan
Handmade cavatelli with Italian sausage in a mascarpone lemon cream sauce
