Couples Cook: An Irish Dinner for St. Patrick's Day

For ages 18 & up

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in style. You and your partner will be working with a small team to create a memorable meal. You'll create an Irish soda bread with a tender crumb - perfect for slathering with rich Irish butter; a green salad with homemade dressing; lamb chops perfectly paired with a quick and easy pan sauce; creamy mashed potatoes studded with leafy greens; and a traditional, apple-filled dessert.

Couples Cook. For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy an Irish beer with your meal.

• Emerald Salad with Irish Blue Cheese Dressing

• Lamb Chops with Guinness Pan Sauce

• Colcannon

• Irish Apple Cake with Vanilla Custard Sauce

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
