How to prepare for the class:

1. Arrive already showered - no lotions, oils, hair products allowed for the pool filtration system.
2. Fill out an intake so the instructor knows your needs for safe range of motion.
3. Change into your swimsuit - no cotton blends allowed for the pool filtration system.
4. Get ready to float and have fun!

Bring a snack, swimsuit and towel.

Showers are available and our facility is ADA accessible.
