Tisa of SoulShine Warrior takes you on a Journey within. Grounding you. Allowing you to breathe, to let go and truly relax. She guides you to stillness, self-connection, awareness, and acceptance.

This is not only Valentine's Day Weekend but it's also World Sound Healing Day Weekend. Begin the weekend with your loved one, this could be our parner, best friend, child(ren), or just bring Your-Self. All are welcome.

Using multple gongs and a unique variety of instruments from around the world you’ll be transported. Intoxicating sounds. Sound Baths allow you to heal emotionally, mentally and physically. Sound bath healing is a path to harmony for your Mind, Body and Spirit. Like warm sunshine on your face but through your whole body.

Connect with the essence of each chakra and allow the healing vibrations to cleanse and align your aura.Experience the sounds and vibrations as they take you on a journey Consider what is not serving you anymore, let it go and decide to come to peace with it. This allows you to reflect, reconcile, bring resilience and to reset for your journey. An overall Otherworldly experience. Each sound bath is different, so it doeen't matter who many you go to. You'll leavev feeling lighter.

This will be a 90 minute blissful sound experience. To bring you out the sound bath we will be doing some gentle stretches and gentle yoga to help awaken and bring you back to your body. No experience necessary.

We will also be having a small Cacao Ceremony.

What to bring:
Sleeping Bag/Camping mat, pillows, blankets/comforters, eye pillows, water, and an Open Heart. You may bring your crystals or other sacred items to be charged by the gongs or singing bowls. Please wear comfortable clothes. (no jeans) Your favorite mug to enojy some Cacao.
