Slow moving, deeply relaxing evening of connecting with your partner in a nurturing way of giving and receiving . This class will explore the heart connection between the two of you through meditation, aromatherapy, and aerial hammock supported movements. By the end of class your connection will feel illuminated from head to toe. This experience is welcome to beginners and encouraged. The hammock will be set low to the ground and the two of you will transition from giving to receiving exploring Thai massage techniques with the aerial yoga hammock. There may also be some additional stretching and inversions incorporated to bring in the fun and playfulness of aerial yoga. Prepare to feel relaxed, loved and blissed out with your partner. 1 couple/hammock. $70/couple
