Time to dust off those boots and Boot Scootin' Boogie the night away!Join us for Country Night at The Nest Eatery for a night of fantastic music, dancing, and fun. The night will kick off with two-stepping lessons at 5pm, where you will learn the basic steps, spins, and positioning to glide across the dance floor with your partner. Line dancing lessons will follow at 6pm where you will learn some basic step progressions and apply them to some famous line dancing songs!
This event is FREE to attend, and you can participate as a dance pair or as an individual. All dance levels are welcome. NAIT students are also welcome to invite non-student to attend with them. Spots are limited; visit Ookslife.ca to RSVP!
One participant at the event is also eligible to win a Western Themed Prize Pack. You must be a NAIT student to succeed.
Our goal is to keep everyone safe and to ensure we can keep our events on campus. To do this, we have implemented mandatory restrictions, including masks, sanitizing, and social distancing at our in-person events. You will also need to be checked in to every occasion with your Ookslife.ca Event Pass for contact tracing purposes. Please ensure to have this downloaded to your phone, or printed, before arriving at the event. Starting November 8, NAIT's new mandate states that everyone coming to NAIT campuses, including students, staff, contractors and visitors, will need to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination, which will be implemented at NAITSA's in-person events.
