COUNTERVELA

Irish alternative heavy rock band known for their emotionally charged sound and cinematic storytelling. Countervela are founded by Ciaran Colton (Vocals & Guitars), Michael Ahern (Guitars & Samples) and Conor Mullan (Drums), the trio welcomed Philip Donnelly on bass in 2023.

Veterans of the UK and Irish music scenes, the band emerged from hiatus and began reworking their sound in early 2024, leading to intense demo sessions that shaped their music into a visceral experience.

Countervela blend heavy rock and pop sensibilities to create a more experimental, emotional sound.

A full album and Tour dates are expected in the near future.
