Start with your choice of truffle mushroom velouté or foie gras torchon with gala apple chutney. Continue this special culinary journey with your choice of Beef Wellington in a Malbec jus with creamy mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts or a dover sole fillet with tomato caper relish, Swiss chard and Provencal potato.
