Join Council Member Kevin C. Riley and the Mall at Bay Plaza for a celebration of Black History Month. We invite you to join us for our Senior Luncheon on the 3rd Floor of the mall. We will be giving recognition and acclaim to local community members who have dedicated years of their lives to bettering our community and advancing our collective future.
