Could you unleash your subconscious?Join us for a morning of Movement and Meditation with award winning Meditation Teacher, Alison Macdonald of Rozalla Therapies and experienced Belly Dance instructor, Jenny Cahill of Green Jenny Belly Dance.
Combining their passions for movement and meditation, Alison and Jenny invite you to clear out the old and welcome in the new.
The session will begin with a reading from Alison followed by a chakra meditation to help us let go of the things that don't serve us and engage with ourselves and calm.
Jenny will then take you on a spiralling journey through your body, using circles, infinity loops and shimmies inspired by Middle Eastern Dance, ensuring that the movements are comfortable for all.
Finally, Alison will conclude the workshop with a Journey Meditation to inspire insights, align your focus and connect with your subconscious.
