In the build up for the She Womens Tri Series Event on the 1st Feb 2026 Auckland City Tri will hold 'Couch to 3km' Run Training sessions. These sessions will be a great opportunity to get race fit, get great tips for event day and to ask any questions on triathlon.
It's FREE so please pass it on.
We will met at 6.10pm ready to start at 6.15pm.
