Class Information:Students will learn the process of designing and creating costumes for theatre. We will choose a character and then sketch, choose fabric swatches, and present our designs. We will also discuss construction techniques, and learn the basics of sewing both by hand and a demonstration on a sewing machine. We will hone our sewing techniques and be able to create a the following stuffies… unicorn, kitty or a gingerbread man; Or choose between a sunglass case and tic tac toe game!
When: Thursdays, October 7 and 14
Time: 4:30-6:00pm
