The City of Costa Mesa presents the Scarecrow Festival on Saturday, Oct. 16 on the event lawn in Lions Park. The annual event will include the scarecrow contest, kids costume contest, face painting, pumpkin decorating, food trucks and more.
Entry into the Scarecrow Contest is FREE and you can register at www.costamesaca.gov/scarecrow. The deadline to register is Friday, Oct. 1, 2021.
