Cosplay for a Cause: A Fundraiser Photoshoot Event for Pugoffka

Join us in person for an awesome day of creativity and fun at Cosplay for a Cause! Dress up as your favorite character and strike a pose to support Pugoffka. Whether you're a seasoned cosplayer or just starting out, this photoshoot event is all about getting together as a community, doing what Pugoffka loves, and raising money to help her in this time of need!

Join us for an afternoon of cosplay, community, and connection — all in support of a beloved local photographer and cosplayer, Pugoffka, who recently lost their home in a fire.

We're opening up the studio for a special photoshoot event where local cosplayers can come dressed in their favorite characters, get professional photos taken, and help raise funds for Pugoffka.

📅 Event Details

• Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: Orbit Studios Houston, TX
• Both Studio A and B
• We have 10-12 in-house Photographers
• Extra fundraising events inside! (raffles, merch, etc)

📅 Event Rules

• 1 FREE ticket AND $20 minimum donation required PER PERSON to enter! Even if you are not a cosplayer! Even if you are not getting your photos taken!
• NO OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHERS
• NO DRAMA! You will be asked to leave!
• Be courteous and patient if the photoset you want is in use! Photosets are first come, first served!
• No outside food or drinks in the Photosets! There is a designated space for food and drinks

• General Admission requires a minimum $20 donation to Pugoffka's GoFundMe or Pugoffka's Paypal
• Donate in advance and bring proof (screenshot or confirmation email) to check-in, or donate on-site the day of
• Limit 1 ticket per person
• Tickets are not shareable
• Valid for your chosen time window only! (11 am - 1 pm OR 1 pm - 3 pm)

📸 What to Expect

• Come in your best cosplay — all fandoms welcome!
• Professional photos taken during your session with our many photographers who have donated their time to this event!
• A chance to connect with fellow local cosplayers while supporting one of our own
