It's time to do some SPRING CLEANING. Cleanse your energy body with a potent somatic spiritual journey using kundalini (the original SOMATIC practice), activating breathwork, movement + meditation...SILENT DISCO STYLE.

We'll start with a potent kundalini set (techniques combining breath, movement, mantra, mudra) designed to CLEANSE and CLEAR your energy body, and then we'll flow into a deep psychedelic/cosmic breathwork journey to induce transcendence and altered states so you can get OUTSIDE your mind. You'll get to rest deeply in shavasana and then given a chance to ground and receive integration guidance.
***This style of breathwork is not recommended for those who are pregnant, those who have unmanaged high blood pressure, seizures, or those who have epilepsy.

***Props will be available in limited quantities, but feel free to bring whatever comfort items from home (yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, blanket)
***Avoid eating a large meal 2 hours before breathwork. HYDRATE all day, but slow down 30m before.
