As the projected stars twinkle above us, and the familiar constellations guide our eyes, allow the resonant vibrations of the sound bath to guide your spirit. Join sound healers, Emily and Evan McDoniels of Soulshine Yoga global wellness, on a journey to soothe your inner universe!We will begin with gentle breathing exercises to ground us into the moment, followed by a soundscape designed to evoke the vastness and tranquility of the cosmos.
We’ll be using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, each chosen for their ability to create harmonic frequencies that resonate with the very essence of our being.
You will be seated in the planetarium so no need for a yoga mat.
Please bring a small blanket or travel pillow to support your neck, if you would like.
Recommended for 8 years old and up
