Cosmic Sound Journey

What to expect:

This magical evening begins creating sacred space through intention setting and connection. This will lead us onto breathwork and guided meditation to support each participant in being fully relaxed and receptive to the frequencies and intentions of the evening.

As you close your eyes soft, ethereal tones from crystal bowls will fill the space, their vibrations resonating deeply, creating a meditative atmosphere which builds up gently to the beat of the gong, sending ripples of sound that penetrate every cell in your body. The sounds are layered with synthesized soundscapes, blending the organic with the otherworldly, as if you’re being enveloped by the cosmos itself!

Above, galaxy light projections transform the space into a cosmic haven. As the soundscape evolves, it begins to build, guiding you from stillness into gentle somatic movement, if you feel the urge to move, go with it! Or feel free to lay in your cocoon.

The event culminates in a state of blissful connection, both within yourself and with the others in the yurt. As the final notes fade and the light projections slowly dim, you're left with a profound sense of peace, transformation, and an expanded awareness of the universe within and around you.

For the ultimate relaxed and cosy experience, please bring the following items:

• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Eye masks can help enhance the experience too and please wear comfortable clothing.
• Water bottle- sound healing makes you thirsty!

Contraindications:

• Unfortunately this is not suitable for the following:
• Women in their first trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with diagnosed epilepsy
• Untreated psychosis
• Anyone fitted with a pacemaker
