Welcome the Lunar New Year with an evening of rest, reflection, and intentional sound.

This immersive sound bath uses crystal singing bowls to guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space to release what’s complete while setting intentions for the year ahead.

We’ll begin with a brief grounding and intention-setting, followed by an extended sound journey inspired by the themes of the Lunar New Year—renewal, balance, and fresh beginnings.

No experience necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself to rest. We will have sweet treats and seasonal teas to enjoy!

Space is limited to maintain an intimate experience.
