This circle is meant to inspire your inner radiance through the creation of sacred sound through the lens and wisdom of the chakra system.Your voice is a powerful instrument of transformation and healing! Our time together will be an opportunity to reconnect to the magic and beauty of your whole self.
In this workshop we will:
Move- listening to your body and moving in a way that feels easeful and rejuvenating
Breathe- connecting to your life force energy with gratitude
Tune in- singing and creating sound, feeling the joy of your own beautiful voice
Align- resonating with the energy of the chakras
Rest- absorbing the benefits of your practice in sweet repose
