The evening begins with a heart-opening cup of tea - a soothing blend to soften the mind as you settle into the space - and a gentle, grounding meditation. You'll then lay back and embark on a vibrational experience, as the healing sounds of crystal bowls, ocean waves, chimes & ethereal singing guide you on a heartfelt journey to deep rest and rejuvination.

A sound bath is a restorative experience that unwinds stress, awakens inner clarity, and helps you feel more connected to yourself and others - the perfect Valentine's Day activity to share in community.

* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & mat to rest on. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!
