Reimagine Valentine’s Day as a day for tending to universal love through community rest with friends, your partner and/or yourself 💗

The evening begins with a nourishing cup of tea - a soothing blend to soften the mind as you settle into the space, followed by a gentle meditation to awaken the heart. You will then comfortably rest in blankets, as the healing sounds of crystal bowls, ocean waves, chimes & ethereal singing, guide you on a heartfelt journey to deep rest and repair.

Nurturing ourselves through a restorative practice, like a sound bath, strengthens our capacity to move through big emotions and physical sensations - which leads to rejuvenating sleep, feeling grounded and inner clarity.

* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & mat to rest on. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!

No experience needed, all are welcome <3

~ At The Peoples Yoga (SE Hawthorne location) Doors open at 7:00pm, we start at 7:15pm (arrive early to park and settle in)
