Qoya with Naomi which will be an intentional somatic journey with an intuitive theme based on new moon energy and the season of Autumn. Qoya is based on Quechua indigenous wisdom and helps you connect to your wise, wild and free Self. This will be followed by connection circle of love and depth held by Jo. We will be sharing the medicine of Cacao and Kawakawa as we move through and release emotions and old patterns. We will meditate with our inner child and wise Self so we can move into the next Moon and Wavespell of the Blue playful Monkey. There will be space for creativity with art materials provided.
