Cosmic Collage: Ask an Astrologer Anything (Astro 101)
About this Event
You’ve had questions about astrology for a while now. Maybe you know your Sun sign but have no idea what your rising actually means. Maybe someone told you that you have a Scorpio stellium and you just smiled and nodded. Maybe you’ve tried reading your birth chart and got immediately overwhelmed.
This is the session for that.
Cosmic Collage: Astro 101 is the final workshop in my summer Accessible Astrology for Creatives series, and I’m opening up this one as an ask me anything. We’ll cover the foundations of the birth chart, Sun, Moon, and Rising signs, and then I’ll open the floor. No question is too basic. No topic is off limits.
We’ll close out the night the way every Cosmic Collage does: with collage. You’ll take what you learned, sit with it, and turn it into something tactile and yours.
Who this is for:
Total beginners who want a real foundation. People who’ve dabbled but still feel lost. Anyone who’s been meaning to learn this for years and just hasn’t had the right space to ask.
What to bring:
Your birth date, birth time, and place of birth. If you register with your birth time, I’ll pull your chart ahead of the session so it’s ready when you arrive. If you don’t know your birth time yet, reach out before class and I’ll help you figure out your options.
All collage materials are provided. Bring any meaningful images, magazine clippings, or papers you’d love to work with if you have them.
What we’ll cover:
• Sun, Moon, and Rising signs and what each one actually does
• How to read the basics of your own birth chart
• Your questions, live, answered in plain language
You’ll leave with:
• A clearer understanding of your Big 3
• A handmade collage inspired by your chart
• A reference guide to keep working with your birth chart after class
A few important notes:
Registration closes August 8. This workshop does not accept walk-ins and seats are limited, so register before it fills. When you sign up, you’ll be asked for your birth date, birth time, and place of birth. I’ll pull your chart in advance and you’ll also receive a guide to reading it plus a short workbook to review before we meet.
