This is followed by a 40-minute themed yoga practice aligned with the month’s astrological energies, with Stacy leading you through poses and flows that resonate with cosmic vibrations. The session concludes with a 15-minute calming meditation to integrate your experiences, leaving you centered and ready for whatever comes.
