About this Event
Join Erin of Lifted Spiritss for a peaceful, after-hours Chakra Sound Bathing Experience in a quiet, softly lit space with cosmic and northern lights ambiance!
Circle up and sip sacred cacao while sinking inward to the heart space with gentle shamanic drum and light sound instruments. I will teach briefly about each 7 chakras and their association with organs, energies, physical and emotionally feelings as well.
You will then relax for the rest of the time for a beautiful soundscape with crystal sound bowls, shamanic drum, wind gong, chimes, flutes and healing instruments.
