Join us in movement, meditation, breathwork and sound under this Taurus full moon.

The Cancer/Capricorn axis speaks to us about the dance between our roots, our past, our ancestry, and our future, what we are here to build, our legacy. It talks to us about where we have come from and where we are going. We will be exploring the current astrological transits, as well as cancerian themes of trusting our intuition, inner child healing and finding emotional authenticity and sovereignty . In the first hour, we will delve deeper into what this full moon means for us through meditation, embodiment and writing practices.

The second hour will be a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey. This technique utilises the power of breath, diving deep to release tension, emotional blocks and stress while fostering harmony between body, mind, and spirit. This workshop includes a blue lotus ceremony (a plant that promotes a calm and focused mind), the guided breathwork journey and a relaxation period with sound healing.

We’ll close the session with a listening circle to integrate the experience. Embrace this opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and step into a more authentic, aligned version of yourself. Spaces are limited to 12 participants.

This is a welcoming space for us all to share our experiences. There will be community and group support after the event.

What to bring:

We provide yoga mats, bolsters and blankets. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask, journal, pen and some water. If you would like to, bring anything you wish to place on the altar (flowers, fruit and vegetables, crystals...).
