Join Jamie on a meditative journey. The alchemy crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care. The environment will be spacey with an intention to drift you into a wondrous and cosmic experience.

A yoga mat
Pillow for under the head and/or under the knees
Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)
Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)
