You're invited to the Second Annual COS SausageFest, hosted by Solsage Food Truck! A delicious gathering of master sausage makers from around the state competing for the win of "Best Sausage In Colorado" in the age old art of sausage making.Accredited sausage companies from all over Colorado will come together to compete in a People's Choice sausage competition. This family friendly festival celebrates the sausage industry and craft, with the help of other exceptional local vendors and gourmet food! This event is being hosted by Colorado Springs’ largest veteran owned brewery, Red Leg Brewing Company.
The festival will offer a live DJ, sausage samplings, locally brewed craft beer, food samples, face painting, a stein holding contest, vendor goods and tons of fun family-friendly activities. SausageFest is all about showcasing the splendor of agricultural industries in Colorado and sharing our community's local businesses, stories and products with the large food conscious foodie community in Southern Colorado.
10% of ticket sales will benefit Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center to support their critical and supportive services to the veteran and military community in Colorado Springs.
