Corvus x Catbird - Gesha Village Cupping Experience

Corvus and Catbird are excited to offer a Gesha Village Cupping Experience in the historic Klee House! Join us for a guided cupping of 6 different gesha coffees, all from the celebrated Gesha Village farm. The experience includes:

• An explanation and hands-on lesson of the cupping process
• A tasting of 6 reserve-level coffees (90+ points) from Gesha Village 
• A discussion of the unique cupping attributes of each coffee
• History and information about Gesha Village and the gesha varietal
• A pour-over sample of a current Gesha Village offering from Corvus

This experience will offer key insight into the reserve level coffee-buying process at Corvus – exploring how we cup and talk about high end coffees we’re interested in purchasing. This is a great opportunity to participate in some behind-the-scenes coffee industry work while tasting some of the best coffees in the world.
