Let's kick off the spooky season properly by showcasing the rarely screened Hong Kong Giallo classic CORPSE MANIA!After local man Li Zhengyuan is released from an asylum for being a suspected necrophile, a gruesome murder is committed at a nearby brothel and all eyes (especially that of the police) fall upon him as the possible perp. But not all is as it seems at Madam Lan's whorehouse as a litany of personal secrets and possible motives are revealed, all the while mutilated bodies begin to pile up with no let up in sight!
Directed by Hong Kong genre great Kuei Chih-Hung (BOXERS OMEN, KILLER CONSTABLE), CORPSE MANIA oozes with atmosphere and delivers more plot twists than an Agatha Christie novel!
