Join us for a generalized corrective strength workshop!This workshop will be geared towards the beginner level, and will be highly generalized. PERFECT for anyone spending a lot of time at a desk OR enjoying a demanding athletic career. That is to say, there will be something for almost anyone!
What can you expect?
During the class, we will learn basic techniques for correcting common postural issues, differentiating different kinds of issues, and ultimately alleviating them.

⌚ Time: 2pm Please arrive 5 minutes early!
📍 Venue: Black Tie BJJ Cape Coral
