The Fairview Dining Room invites you to the latest incarnation of our signature Spirits dinner series!
Enjoy an unparalleled experience, as Executive Chef Troy Stauffer's exquisite menu is sublimely paired with a selection of tequilas from the renowned Corralejo lineup! Wet your whistle with Corralejo Silver, triple distilled Reposado and a trio of Corralejo’s favoritos, including Extra Añejo, Horas Añejo and Gran Añejo!
This dinner is $115* per person for Executive Club members including food, pairings and service, and $130* for non-members.
- This is a plated, preset menu. Please note any dietary restrictions or food allergies for all members of your party when booking your reservation.
- Seating arrangements are pre-assigned. Please note any requests for seating preference when booking your reservation.
