On the Feast of Corpus Christi, the Catholic Church honours the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist,“For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink” (John 6:55)
In the Archdiocese of Brisbane, we will bear witness to our faith on 2nd June 2024, as we gather with over 5000 Catholics to walk with Jesus through the streets of Brisbane City, as we pray, sing, praise and honour Him in the Blessed Sacrament.
The Corpus Christi Procession, presided by Archbishop Mark Coleridge will start at 2pm from the Cathedral of St Stephen, walk through the city streets and finish with Benediction at the Cathedral.
