• Smoked duck breast, mascarpone & tangerine cream, caramelised walnuts, red vein sorrel (gf)
• Citrus marinated cured salmon with granny smith apple salad, crispy capers, dill crème fraiche (gf, nf)
• Vegetarian Option: Beetroot carpaccio, honey soy, goat’s cheese shards, preserved lemon, candied walnut & pea shoots (v)

Main (alternating)

• Char-grilled beef fillet, sautéed spinach, horseradish mash, baby heirloom carrots, pan roasting jus (gf, nf)
• Roasted lamb, swede rosti potato, dried saltbush, charred leeks, pan jus (gf, nf)

Dessert

• Chef’s buffet dessert station

Gold Beverage Package: 3 hours for $49pp, or 4 hours for $59pp.

A cash bar will also be available for guests wishing to purchase drinks individually.
