It's a double elimination tournament, with 16 sets of boards, and all equipment will be provided. You'll need to pre-register by September 15; so, walk-up participants are welcome, but will be able to participate only to fill in for any no-shows. Each team will score their own game,and judges will be circulating to clarify any rules and to settle any disputes. 100% of the proceeds will benefit he St. Ann Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
