? Where: Lambton College Event Centre
? When: Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 7 - 10:30 p.m.
Corks, Caps & Cuisine is an innovative collaboration of students and the community in support of Lambton College’s Funding Futures Capital Campaign.
Under the supervision of Red Seal Chef, Alastair Mackay, Culinary Management students participate in a hands-on learning experience as they prepare hors d’oeuvres that pair perfectly with a variety of beverages supplied by distilleries and wineries you know and love.
The result is an evening of entertainment that showcases student talent all while raising funds for the Capital Campaign.
