Our biggest Champagne celebration is back for year two, and we’re popping even more corks.
We’ve spent years building one of the most exciting Champagne selections around, and this is the night we get to put that obsession in one room.
This is Canada’s biggest Champagne-only tasting: 25+ Champagnes - no Cava, no Prosecco, no Crémant, no sparkling wine padding. This is 100% Champagne, and it’s our marquee event of the holiday season.
Last year’s event sold out weeks in advance, so don’t leave this one too late.
This is a festival-style tasting, so you can move around the room, taste at your own pace, and figure out which styles of Champagne you love most. We’ll be pouring across the full spectrum of the region: toasty Blanc de Blancs, bright and zippy Extra Brut, red-fruited Blanc de Noirs, prestige cuvées, grower Champagne, and serious back-vintage bottles.
The importers behind each wine will be in the room pouring and talking with guests throughout the night. These are the people who work directly with the houses and know the stories behind the bottles. It’s a great chance to ask questions, compare styles, and get real context while you taste.
Everything poured that night will also be 20% off, making this the perfect way to stock up for the holidays.
Expect serious Champagne, plenty of conversation, and a few surprises along the way.
