Qi Gong/Energy Work integrates breathing techniques, gentle, meditative movements & stretches to cultivate and balance chi/vital energy, within the body. Tai Chi & Qigong develop & cultivate the 3 Treasures of Humankind. These are Jing, Chi & Shen or Vital Energy, Universal Loving Kindness and Divine Wisdom. They are practiced for fun, inner peace, health, emotional wellness, warrior training, spiritual development and of course to cultivate an Inner Smile. Key Aspects of Qi Gong - Breath Control: Deep, slow breathing techniques help regulate energy flow. Movement: Gentle, fluid movements promote flexibility and circulation. Meditation: Focused attention and visualization calm the mind and enhance awareness.
Qigong is the Mother of Tai Chi. Tai Chi, at its most basic, is a strong and yet gentle form of physical exercise that is great for your health, body and energy. It can also become a very disciplined spiritual practice. Tai Chi is a Mindfulness Meditation. The various movements and postures involved in performing the Tai Chi Form cultivate core strength, stability, balance, alignment, flexibility, coordination as well as vital energy and one pointed focus.
