Free Communal Guided Meditation cultivating inner peace, quiet and unconditional love. This is an outdoor public event that welcomes all ages!
Take action and honor Mental Health Awareness Month by enjoying personal reflection time in the Corey Abrams Community Garden.
Please bring anything that allows you to sit comfortably outdoors ie. lawn chair, meditation cushion, yoga mat, blanket
Garden opens to the public at 4pm and Meditation is from 4:30-5pm.
Water and gifts will be provided.
