Art Therapist Luisa Stocco presents "Core Values and Identity Figures"

Participants will embark on a journey to uncover their most powerful core values, the driving forces behind their decisions and emotions. By delving deep into these fundamental principles, they will unlock a profound understanding of their reactions and behaviors.
After pinpointing these core values, participants will reflect on their significance, responding to thought-provoking prompts that spark introspection and insight. These reflections will then be formed into a unique, soft figurative sculpture. This hands-on experience will not only be a personal revelation but also a memorable expression of their innermost values.

Why this workshop?

Throughout life, we face challenges that shake our sense of self. Our identity comes into question, leaving us lost and uncertain. Clients often ask, “Who am I?”
Reflecting on our core values and their influence on our decisions is crucial. These values, rooted in deeply held beliefs, usually remain steady during times of change. Through art, we will uncover hidden aspects of our core values and gain deeper self-understanding.
Luisa has explored the theme of 'identity' with many individuals across different stages of life, often as a precursor to long-term therapy. This foundational activity helps create a more focused 'core goal for therapy.'
