Core Strength Yoga1-1:45 pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays, September 2-25
This class will focus on strengthening your core muscles through a variety of yoga poses. High intensity class to challenge core specific areas. Must be able to do floor exercises.
Participants will be able to enhance endurance elements with the ongoing yoga flows, synchronizing their breaths with the movements.
