Do you want a stronger core… *without* spending an hour doing crunches that make you question your life choices? 😂 Welcome to Core + Restore.
This class is designed to intelligently strengthen the deep inner core muscles that support your spine, posture, balance, pelvic floor, and overall stability — while also helping your body recover, release tension, and move better.
The format is simple:
✨ Gentle warm up
🔥 About 20 minutes of focused core work
😮‍💨 Deep stretching + restorative cool down
That 20 minutes of work? It’s efficient, intentional, and yes… it burns 😂. But the class is designed so you leave feeling stronger, longer, and better — not destroyed.
This class may help:
✔️ Reduce chronic low back pain
✔️ Improve posture and stability
✔️ Strengthen the pelvic floor
✔️ Support recovery from weakness caused by prolonged sitting or inactivity
✔️ Improve athletic performance and body awareness

Expect a mix of yoga, Pilates-inspired movements, breathwork, mobility work, and core training designed from my background in massage therapy, yoga, anatomy, and working with clients in pain.
This is not an intimidating fitness class. Modifications are always offered, and all levels are welcome. Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, recovering from injury, or just trying to feel stronger in your own body, this class meets you where you are. 🖤
