Women's Health essentials for Fitness Professionals.
Presented by the experienced team of Pelvic Health Physios at Mercy Physiotherapy this 2 hour workshop will include theoretical presentations as well as practical sessions focussing on women's health issues throughout the lifespan, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause. We will cover topics such as pelvic floor weakness, bladder and bowel leakage, vaginal prolapse, postnatal abdominal separation, and post-menopausal loss of bone density.
Our team at Mercy Physiotherapy are strong advocates for women doing whatever they want to do, and staying strong and active at every stage of life. We value our community of Fitness Professionals who are also out there supporting women in their fitness goals. We want to work together to ensure we are all on the same page when it comes to women's health issues and exercise so we can best support our clients, and each other!
