Empowerment Through Movement invites you to join us at the Toldo Lancer Centre for an evening dedicated to strengthening our core muscles for a good cause! This in-person event will feature a fun pilates class, expert trainers, and a chance to connect with others who are passionate about fitness and supporting a cure.
