Hosted in the bright, calming atmosphere of Cast Away Yarn Shop, this 50-minute Mat Pilates class will focus on deep core strength, opening the chest, and improving mobility in the forearms, wrists, and hands.
Whether you knit, crochet, sew, or spend your days working at a desk, this class will help relieve tightness and build healthy posture.
