Stasia Humpries is a corrective exercise specialist and postural therapist certified by Egoscue University. She is also a certified Foundation Training Instructor and Postpartum Fitness Instructor.
These programs helped Stasia find full relief from 2 years of debilitating chronic pain that kept her from doing things she loved. She had tried multiple modalities to feel better but it wasn’t until she changed her posture through corrective exercises prescribed by the Egoscue Method that she finally got rid of her pain and got back to running, biking, hiking and more.
